General Q.How do i place an order.A Just browse our site,once you find something you would like to purchase then simply click add to cart (makeing sure the correct size has been chosen from the drop down sizes option box if applicable),once youv'e finished shopping then click on the checkout tab where your delivery details are entered etc,then payment can be made Q. I'm unsure of which size i need.A.No problem,just email or phone us and we will advise as best as possible Q.Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases.A.Yes we are more than happy to discount.We supply plenty of schools,nurseries,dance schools and theatre groups or individual groups who buy in small or large quatities,for a price quote for your requirements just phone or email. Q.Whats the price match promise mean. A.Basically we endeavor to offer the best prices for you so hopefully our products will be the cheapest for you,beating any U.K website.If you find a cheaper product on any U.K based website within 24 hours after purchase just let us know and we will refund the difference.The offer applies to the single unit price plus all 1st class delivery charges for identical products on other U.K websites(see full T&C,s) Dispatch & Delivery Q.What is the cost of postage and shipping?A.Delivery costs will show up in the view my basket section from as low as 99p to £3.95 depending on the product purchased If you make multiple purchases then U.K First class mail is capped at £5.99 no matter how much you order so thats the maximum you will ever pay in P&P.Special delivery is capped at £13.95 no matter how much you order Q. How long will it take for my order to be delivered. A.We aim to dispatch purchases before 11.00am that day (monday to friday),purchases made after 11.00am are dispatched in next working days collection. Standard first class usually arrives within 1-3 working days from being dispatched,although some may take a little longer dependant on the mail services etc,Approx 5% of First class mail may sometimes take longer that 1-3 working days,. Special delivery service arrives next working day (monday to friday,excludes saturday and sunday and public holidays) Its always advisable with first class mail to allow as much time as possible Also for security reasons within the royal mail and other courier services we cannot unfortuanatly add special delivery instructions onto packages ie leave with neigbour or leave in shed etc,by doing this then we are unable to insure parcels so we can no longer do this Q. My order hasn't arrived,what do i do now A.If you think that your delivery time is running late then let us know as soon as possible so that we can help put things right asap and trace your parcel.Checking to see if a neighbour has it for you,or if the mail service used has called when you were out then they should leave a card to notify them for redelivery,this usually does the trick Q.My order hasnt arrived,i have no card from the Royal Mail.A We will always refund or send a replacement should your parcel not arrive but we do have to wait 15 working days at least as recommended by the Royal Mail,although these situations really are extremely rare Q. I desperately need my purchase asap,can you help? A Yes,if your purchase is needed urgently then you are always more then welcome to phone us on 01253 660026 or 07963 054833 to get straight through to our customer service manager where we can tell you exactly when we can have your purchase sent to you Q. How long does it take for my order to be dispatched A. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible Monday to Friday.Most orders placed before 11.30am Monday to Friday are usually dispatched that day,however we do always ask to allow for 24 hours for dispatch during normal working hours just to be on the safe side. Q.What happens if my item is out of stock after purchase.A.Although we do keep large stock levels ourselves there may be the odd occasion due to human or technical error,or if a product is in high demand to due to seasonal preferences etc when a product may not be instock at time of purchase.If so we will notify you asap with a dispatch date,offer an alternative or give you a full refund immediately. Returns and Cancellations Can I cancel an order if it is no longer required?A.Yes of course. If your purchase has not been dispatched then simply telephone us as soon as possible,followed by a confirmation email. We will cancel your order with no charge to you with all moneys being refunded in full. If however the goods have been dispatched, then you may still cancel the order up to 7 calendar days from receipt of goods. So long as they are returned (at your own cost) and we are informed within 7 days, we will happily refund the cost of the goods, excluding shipping costs. Q.Can i return my purchase if needed.A,Yes,no problem at all,no reason needed,absolutely no questions asked.Just as long as the purchase is unused as sent and all the packaging is intact then we will refund asap on return the full product price at time of sale excluding any P&P costs incured.
