Payment

We accept credit/debit card payment through Paypal

(Paypal act as our card processor and is a secure payment gateway,you don't have to have an account with Paypal at all to pay with your credit/debit card)

Cheques or Postal Orders are also a perfectly acceptable method of payment...Payable to A.Norton please,we can longer send goods paid by cheque until they have cleared the banking system

Delivery

All purchases made before 10.00am are usually dispatch the same day Monday to Friday.Purchases after 10.00am may carry over to next days collection (monday to friday only,excludes saturday and sunday and public holidays)

Choice of delivery method can be made at checkout by each customer to suit there requirements

First Class Standard

First class parcels usually arrive within 1-3 working days after being dispatched by us,although the Royal mail do ask to allow for 5 days in a small percentage of deliveries

Special Delivery Next Working Day

Royal mails Special Delivery service guarentees parcels to be delivery next working day 99.9% of the time and is a weekday only delivery service (Monday - Friday,excludes saturday,sunday and public holidays) after being dispatched

Special delivery parcels do need to be signed for on delivery

Non U.K and all Overseas purchases

Due to trading restrictions and copyright laws on some products then non U.K purchases will have some restrictions as regards sales
